Description

Feeder for packaging into buckets.
Is used for packing loose, granulated and pellet materials into plastic buckets.
Portion size to be preset. It divides the product into portions using the weight method (electronic scales) and features smooth regulation.
The feeder can work with a bucket elevator, Z-shaped elevator

The line includes:
• Big Bag unloading (optional)
• feeder in-take hopper
• bucket elevator or Z-shaped conveyor
• feeder
• supplying and marshaling conveyor
• crimper (optional)
• enclosure that enables connection of a dust removal device

How it works:
The material is fed into the in-take hopper
The vertical/inclined conveyor supplies material into the feeder hopper
The product is fed in two stages:
– approximate portioning
– supplementary portioning

Empty packaging is placed onto the supply conveyor by hand. The conveyor automatically moves the packaging under the discharge. The packaging is filled (pressing the packaging tight prevents the material from being scattered). The marshaling conveyor moves the filled containers away from the discharge. Lids have to be put on by hand and are then pressed by the crimper. The crimper is only suitable for the packaging with lids that close by pressing in.
